Delete your Claw King account

This page tells you how to delete a Claw King player account (Google Play package com.clawgame.clawking). Google Play Data safety should link here: https://clawking.in/delete-account.html.

Requests go to privacy@clawking.in (and support@clawking.in if you need help finding the account). Operator: Lucratech, Plot No.72, H. No.8-2-334/1, Road No.5, Opp. SBI Executive Enclave, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500034, Telangana, India.

Deletion is permanent for play access. Unused chances, collection progress, and unclaimed prizes on that account are forfeited. We do not pay out chances as cash. We will verify that you own the account before we complete a web request.

1. Delete in the Claw King app

The app includes a Delete Account control on your profile.

  1. Open the Claw King app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile / Account (your name and details).
  3. Tap Delete Account (shown when you are viewing the profile, not while editing name/email).
  4. Confirm in the popup. Confirming calls our /user/delete API, deactivates the account, clears the mobile number stored on that record, signs you out, and returns you to the start screen.

After that you cannot play as that account. If the button is missing in an older build, use the email request below.

2. Delete by email (web request)

If you cannot use the app, or you want us to confirm a fuller deletion of stored records, email us. We must be able to match you to the account (we will not delete someone else’s account on an unverified request).

Include:

  • The words “Please delete my Claw King account”.
  • The mobile number and/or email on the account, and the profile name if you set one.
  • The Google Play order ID of a purchase, if you have bought chances (helps us verify you).
  • Whether you also want play videos and shipping history deleted where the law allows.

Request form (opens your email app)

This form does not upload data to our servers. It opens a message to privacy@clawking.in on your device. If no mail app opens, copy the same details into an email yourself.

3. What we delete

  • Account: login is disabled; profile name/email/photo links are removed or de-identified; stored mobile number is cleared.
  • Device login: device UUID / session tokens are no longer accepted for that account.
  • Play history: wins, losses, and game records tied to the user are deleted or de-identified when they are not required for an open dispute.
  • Collection: collection progress and unclaimed collection rewards on that account are removed; they cannot be transferred.
  • Chances / coins: remaining balances are cancelled. They have no cash value.

4. What we may retain for a limited time

  • Purchases: Play billing / receipt records needed for tax, accounting, chargebacks, and Google Play rules.
  • Shipping: name, address, and tracking for prizes already packed or in transit, until delivery is finished and any statutory period ends.
  • Legal / fraud: a minimal record that the account was deleted, and information we must keep for security or law.
  • Play videos: clips already uploaded to cloud storage (for example Amazon S3) are deleted or disassociated from your account on request, unless we must keep a clip for an active fraud or safety review.

We aim to complete verified web deletion requests within 30 days. In-app deletion takes effect when the confirmation succeeds.

5. Identity checks

We will only process a web deletion request after we reasonably believe you control the account. We may ask you to reply from the email on file, confirm an OTP to the mobile on file, or provide a Play order ID. We will not ask for your password in email.
